Es Trenc Beach is an amazing 3 km beach on the South coast of Mallorca. This is one of the most beautiful places of the island, because it has hardly been touched and you can still experience an unspoilt and natural part of the island. The water is crystal clear, transparent and clean and remains shallow for a good 80 meters out. It is absolutely stunning in color, temperature and sheer clarity. The sandy beach is soft and white – absolutely perfect. The whole atmosphere here is completely undisturbed and quiet, except for the occasional sailboat you might spot on the horizon to complete an already perfect view.
This track of coastal land still has its original flora and, in its absolutely pure state, is the only one of its kind remaining in Mallorca. Not too many tourists can be seen here, as the beach is off the beaten track.
When you get to the beach from the car park, the beach might at first seem crowded, but make the effort to walk to the right just a little bit, and you will understand why people fall in love with this island. Straw beach umbrellas and sunbeds are available at the entrance of the beach, as well as one restaurant which serves great refreshments and food, one bar, and one shop. But above all, the visitors of Es Trenc want to enjoy the nature in this wonderful spot.
There are no hotels or other constructions on the shore line because the Mallorcans are fighting hard to keep this strip of land untouched, as it is one of the last natural beaches on the island.
